Ein Wein der diese hefigen Aromen wie in manchen Champagnern im Gaumen hat!
der Wein reifte 9 Monate auf der Hefe, dies erklärt seine hefige Aromatik!
angenehme Länge und Frische mit zitrusklarer Farbe, intensive Aromen von Melone und Pfirsich - nur 6362 Flaschen wurden gefertigt!
Typisch mediterane Temperaturen mit stark kontinentalem Einfluss mit heissen Nächtenund kalten Nächten führten zu perfekter Reife.
Arme Böden mit grösstenteils Kreideböden sind hier auch bestens für frische und mineralische Weine
