Neues innovatives Familienweingut mit Rui Varela als Önologe

  • Ein Großteil des Weines stammt aus DOC Lissabon mit Castelao als Grundlage, dies sagte mir Rui persöhnlich
  • so ehrlich ist er auch dazu!!
  • Ergebnis ist ein sehr sehr weicher unkomplizierter Wein mit noch schönerem Trinkfluss! Kein Barrique und nur Frucht:
  • nicht stark, eher leicht, aromatisch nach Kirsche, etwas Himbeere, dunklen Früchten und Bergamotte und etwas Veilchen.
  • Rui Varela und seine Familie mit dem kleinen Weingut hat uns sofort gefallen!
  • Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz sind die klassischen Douro Rebsorten zusammen mit Castelao aus 
  • 13% alk - kann Sulfite enthalten
