Sehr rund und dichtes Bouquet, typische Frucht von Syrah !

  • Dieser Wein kommt aus dem Alentejo von Casa Santos Lima aus dem guten Jahr 2020
  • ... wieder bestens gelungen !!
  • Diogo Sepulveda ist hier verantwortlich,  einer der jungen Önologen Portugals.
  • Er ist seit 2016 im Unternehmen verantwortlich für die Produktion der Weine in verschiedenen Regionen.
  • Hier ist dieser sehr charmante rebsortenreine Syrah mit nicht merkbaren 14,5% und 6,12 g/L acid.
  • Er gefällt durch die typische sanfte vollmundige Darstellung im Gaumen
  • sehr viele der Weine von Casa Santos Lima sind so charmant
  • Hier kommt noch die Aromatik der Alentejo Region mit der speziellen Würze und den beerigen Aromen hinzu, zum "Reinsetzen"
  • Mit 3000 Rebstöcken pro Hektar ist dieser Wein auch nicht zu dicht gepflanzt.
